Reports filter for 2023 does not work

What in the world?  I put in a filter for ty 2023 mileage and download.  I get all, for alltimes, downloaded.  The filter does not work?

I suggest you carry out some basic troubleshooting procedures to resolve the issue. At times, the program may display abnormal behavior when the browser has outdated pages that can corrupt and cause problems, such as the inability to use the report's filter.

 

To begin, please sign in to QBSE and perform the activity in a private window using the following keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P

 

If it's successful, please switch back to your regular browser and clear the cache to start afresh. Alternatively, you can use other supported browsers, as the one you're using now may have a temporary problem.
