Reports not working?

I am trying to export monthly sales currently at 10:30 PM PST but unable to load Quickbooks Online Reports functionality and tab. Looks like it's a blank page. If the page is being worked on or is down it WOULD BE nice if the engineering or UX team would post up some sort of notification other than a blank page showing the feature is currently unavailable. if that is the issue.. you can do better Intuit..plus console error from dojo.js attached.

You could be experiencing a browser issue. Let's do the basic browser troubleshooting steps, and see if they will fix this.

 

To start, you'll want to sign in to QuickBooks using a private browser. This step will disable its extensions and will stop the cache from saving your browsing history.

 

Here's how:

  • Press the Ctrl Shift N (Google Chrome) keys on your keyboard.
  • Press the Ctrl Shift P (Firefox or Internet Explorer) keys on your keyboard.
  • Press Control Option (Safari) keys on your keyboard.

If you can successfully open your report, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. If not, please try other browsers to see if we get the same thing.
