@Fiat Lux is correct! You can send a request so you can access your QuickBooks account. I can guide you on how to do it.

  1. Login to your Intuit account.
  2. Go to this page article: Request to be the master admin or primary contact.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
  4. Fill out the form with your information.
  5. Upload the necessary documents.
  6. Click Submit.

Once completed, you’ll receive an email confirmation from our Customer Care team with your case number. The estimated turn around time to process your request is within three business days.

If the person who has the master admin account is no longer available, I recommend contacting our support team so they can assist you with your master admin claim. They have the tools to up your account in a secure environment. Here's how to reach them:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click Help.
  3. Select Contact Us.

A former employee has not left us access to our account and I need to speak with someone to help us regain the access.

Can you please assist me on how can we reactivate our quick books account because it's expired already, because the email we registered ([email address removed]) we're not using anymore that's why we won't get notified.
 
Please see attachments shows in our quick books when I'm trying to open.

If the master admin of the account is no longer available, contact our QuickBooks Online Customer Support team to help you with the master admin claim.

I have take over the admin from our company, I was not able to make you Primary Admin.  If you have issues  with any of this, you will need to make a Master Admin Claim with QB can you make [email address removed] master admin

I'll share with you the guidelines on how you can transfer the role to you if the primary admin or contact is unavailable. Even if they aren't available or make the change on their own, you can request our account protection team. Here's how:

 

  1. Login to your Intuit account.
  2. Go to this page article: Request to be the master admin or primary contact.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and fill out the form with your information.
  4. Upload the necessary documents and then click Submit.

 

Once completed, our Customer Care team will send you an email with your case number. The processing time for your request is estimated to be three business days.
