Sales Tax Revenue Summary Report

I made a deposit in the amount of $44,074.90.  As a partial (final) payment on an invoice from 2024.  In 2024 I paid all sales tax for the invoice.  

 

When I made this deposit it shows up in the taxable sales column at $39,995.37

First question - why is the amount different?

Second - How do I get the full amount over into my wholesale column?

If I rebuild QB will there be any issues since I am streaming it with rightworks
