shipping box on invoice

How do I add a shipping box under totals on invoices. I went to the settings as suggested and the shipping box is checked but still does not show up on the invoice. I also unchecked the discounts box but it is still showing up.

Hello, Jeff. Let's do some troubleshooting steps for the shipping field to show up in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
 

If you switch on the Shipping fee and the Discount buttons, both fields will appear in your invoice. If you switch them off, the fields should no longer be displayed on the invoice. Since you mentioned that Shipping is still not showing after enabling it and the Discount field still shows up after disabling it, let's troubleshoot your web browser to determine what's causing this issue. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Restart your browser.
  2. Open your QBO company using a private or incognito window.
  3. Clear cache.
  4. Add Intuit as a trusted site.
