Should I have connection problems after upgrading my software ?

My internet connection keeps disconnecting since my last software upgrade, what can I do to correct this ?

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.

Hi drclemonsjr,

 

The randomly disconnecting internet may be caused by issues with your home’s internet connection. 

 

If your Wi-Fi signal is good, but you’re still experiencing dropping internet, try these fixes:

 

  • Check for modem issues with your ISP
  • Check for damaged or poorly configured cables
  • Make sure your modem and router have the latest firmware
  • Reset your computer’s network settings

 

Here's how to reset the network settings:

 

  1.  Click the Start button
  2. Enter Settings.
  3. Select Network and Internet.
  4. From the Status tab, select Network Reset.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.
  6. Restart your PC.
