Hello there, sue.

I can share information regarding the suspended QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

If we cannot process payments, your QBO account will get suspended. To get this resolve, you'll need to update your billing information.

In your case, if you have added your billing information, this can be the reason why your account got suspended.

Otherwise, you can contact our Customer Support Team during their support hours. They have all the necessary tools to check your account thoroughly and provide the most appropriate resolution.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?).
  3. Proceed to the Search tab and select Contact Us.
  4. Either choose the topic you need help with or Ask about something else.
  5. Enter your concern and click on Continue.
  6. Determine how you would like to connect with our support.

On the other hand, you can visit this page to learn more about navigating the software when performing different business tasks: Getting Started in QuickBooks Online.

Update us in the thread by clicking the Reply button if you have additional questions regarding your subscription or other related concerns in QuickBooks Online. We'll be around to lend a hand.
