Question

Since the new update, my page keeps scrolling back to the top each time I mark it C. Then I have to scroll back down to find the next one. How to stop this?

Does anyone know of another system besides QB that they can recommend?

If you're referring to marking transactions as cleared (C) in an account register, it's normal behavior for QuickBooks to refresh to the top of your page after saving transaction changes.

 

Here's an image showing how it works:
 

 

I can certainly understand how an ability to not be refreshed to the top of your page after saving changes could be useful and have submitted a suggestion about it as of today.

 

You can also submit your own feature requests while signed in.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Use the Gear icon, then go to Feedback.
  2. Enter your suggestion(s) in the Have feedback? window.
  3. If necessary, attach a file with your Camera icon.
  4. Select Next.
