I understand some options may not appear in the QuickBooks Online account, @sheilanimm. Let's resolve this so you can find your deposits in QuickBooks Online.

Before that, may I ask if you received a specific error while locating your deposits? A screenshot is also appreciated. This way, I can ensure to provide the exact solution to the issue.

We can utilize an incognito window. Log into your second account and save your information there. If this option proves successful, we can proceed with clearing the cache from your regular browser.

Here are the shortcuts to incognito browsers:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox: press Shift + CTRL + P

Furthermore, the cache can interfere with and affect the functionality of QuickBooks and result in missing tabs and features, thus, clearing the cache to lessen issues that arise when using QuickBooks.

I'm adding this page for your guide handling your accounts in the Chart of Accounts: Make an account inactive on your chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online.

Keep me posted if you have more clarification with your QuickBooks-related tasks. I'm delighted to assist you further.

Not sure exactly what you are asking, but if it is like what I was facing, here is an answer. When I accept a payment (in cash or check, for example), I process the payment and then it sort disappears. In order to find where it went, go to All Sales and find the payment. Open it, and find what account it was deposited to. I then change it to undeposited funds so that I can group various payments together into one deposit. This is QBO.
