Question

Somehow I started a trial of QB Self Employed. But I already pay for it and have been using it under a different username. How do I stop this trial use of QB Self Employed?

Welcome to the QuickBooks family, @ksantora1974.

I'll share some knowledge about stopping a trial version in QuickBooks Self Employed (QBSE).

You can stop the trial version by canceling it. To do this, please log in your QBSE sample account into the browser. Let me guide you how:

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
  2. Choose the Gear ⚙ icon.
  3. From the About you section, hit Cancel Trial.

For additional information, you can click this article: Cancel your QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription

If you cant see the cancel trial button, I'd suggest waiting until the last day of the trial because this will cancel automatically. After that, this will permanently delete from the list. Nothing to worry about the charges because I assure you that there are no other costs since you haven't entered any billing details in the trial.

I've attached articles that help you record your income, expenses, track mileage, and prepare your Schedule C.

Feel free to come back if you have any other questions or clarifications. I'm here to lend a hand. Take care!
