Let's start by performing some other troubleshooting steps. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed pages, thus causing some unusual responses to the system. You'll first have to clear your cache to isolate any browser-related issue. This will refresh the system and remove older data that causes viewing and performance matters. Then, I'd recommend using other supported browsers in case the issue continues.

However, I'd also recommend contacting our Customer Care team once the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps above. They can further investigate the cause of the error and further guide you with a fix. You'll first have to check out our support hours to ensure we can assist you on time. Here's how to request a callback to talk to one of our representatives: 

1. Go to the Help menu.
2. Choose Contact Us. 
3. Enter your specific concern in the What can we help you with? filed. 
4. Click Let's talk. 
5. Select Get a callback. 
6. Enter your contact details. 
7. Click Confirm my call.
