Subscription Failed but Money was Taken

I canceled my subscription a few months back because I thought I was going to stop my photography business but then I started it back up again and went to renew my subscription, it let me renew it by charging me THREE TIMES. however, I don't have access to my account still. When I log in, I am taken to a screen that says "Welcome back, we have three great options for you." Then it lists three different subscription options. So....I feel like money was robbed from me and I am super close to getting a lawyer because I can't get anyone on the phone that can help. They always act like I am a nuisance and direct me to the website. I also haven't found an email to contact. I am more so wanting to SUE INTUIT because I don't like when companies lie and steal from their so called "valued customers."

Allow me to provide you some information on the overcharges that you may have noticed, RRFoto.

I know how you want this to be taken care of as soon as possible especially this is in relation to your billing subscription. We just discovered a payment processing issue that may have caused you to be charged. Once you signed in to your iTunes & App Store account, you sometimes see more than one active QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) subscription that caused you to be charged for each active QuickBooks subscription. You'll want to cancel the extra QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription from your iPhone's Setting. To do this you can follow the steps below.

  1. Select your name
  2. Select iTunes & App Store
  3. Select your Apple ID
  4. Select View Apple ID and sign-in to your iTunes account
  5. Scroll down and select Subscriptions
  6. From your Subscription page, you should see more than one QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription listed in the Active section. Cancel the most expensive QuickBooks Self-Employed Subscription.

Once done, you'll want to reach out to Apple to request the refund. Here's how:

  1. Contact Apple Support
  2. Select Billing & Subscriptions
  3. Select Subscriptions & Purchases
  4. Select Request a refund
  5. Select Request a refund (recommended)
  6. Sign In with your Apple ID and password
  7. Select Report a Problem associated to the QuickBooks Self-Employed subscription(s) with the higher charge
  8. For the Problem, choose I didn’t authorize this charge and copy the following description of the problem:

However, if you're not using an application for your QBSE account, I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can double check the specific charges that you're seeing in your bank. They also have the proper tools to pull up your account in a secure environment.
