Question

Subscription payment didn't go through. Need a new debit card to pay for it.

My card got cancelled due to fraud issues. I should get my new debit card in the mail in 5 day's so I can pay my monthly prescription. Please keep all my data & give me a week to pay. Thank you!

Hello, beauburrell82-gm. 

 

Do not worry if you're unable to pay your subscription on the said due date. You will still have your QuickBooks data files for a year. Once your card is ready, you can resubscribe anytime. To resubscribe, simply sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed. You should get the option to resubscribe as soon as you sign in. If you don't, follow these steps to resubscribe: 

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  2. Select the profile icon and then Billing info.
  3. Tap View options to see different subscription types, such as the TaxBundle.
  4. Hit Subscribe.
  5. Review your billing and payment info.
  6. Click Subscribe.
