Support help to cancel my subscription

Yesterday, I was trying to cancel my subscription before I got charged for this month's payment but I was not able to contact anyone to ask questions. Should I contact the Sales number, [removed] to speak to customer support?

Before proceeding, please note that the cancellation will only take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. For example, if you cancel at any time during May, your cancellation will become effective at the end of May, and you will still be responsible for May's subscription fees.

As the technical live support team for QBO Simple Start, Essentials, and Plus are unavailable during weekends, you can cancel your subscription by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to Settings and select Subscription and billing under Profile.
  2. In the QuickBooks window, choose CancelCancel Subscription, or Cancel Online.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps.

After canceling your subscription, please know that you can preserve your QuickBooks data for one year, allowing you to review, export, and print it in read-only access mode, and won't be able to make any changes during this period.
