Support Manager

Hello,

 

I am having a difficult time with the support chat.

 

How do I get to a support manager to review the open tickets with them?

 

I probably opened 4 tickets related to the same issue today, all because the support person kept leaving the chat.

The issue is with support itself. Do you work for QB? Do you know how to get ahold of a manager or retrieve a listing of ticket #s in a specific time frame?

Since you get disconnected from our chat representatives, you can choose the Call option instead. This way, you can get in touch with a support manager.


Here’s how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Select the Help (?) menu.
  3. In the Assistant window, type in “Talk to a human” in the field.
  4. Enter your brief concern, then go to the Contact option.
  5. Select Get a callback.
  6. Once connected, ask for a manager.

This does not get to a support manager. I kept being placed on hold for 15 minutes then 18 minutes.
