Swipe Down Deletes Invoice on IPhone

After spending an hour on an invoice.. (300 line items) I inadvertently swiped down and my invoice just disappeared. I looked everywhere for it and it’s just gone, deleted..  no prompt or anything.  Assuming it was a glitch, I started working on the invoice again and same thing happened.  Lost all of my work again. ???  What gives. Is this normal or a glitch?

When creating invoices using the mobile app, the amount of data entered may affect its function. It can be the reason why you're line items keep on disappearing.

 

Let me share some troubleshooting steps to isolate and fix the issue. To start, save the invoice using a few line items. Then, edit it again and add the other entries. Continue the process until you bring off the 300 items. 

 

If the same thing happens, doing these steps will fix any sort of unusual behavior in the mobile app.

 

  1. Click the Help menu in the top-most part of the app.
  2. Select Reset App Data.

 

You can also free up the storage without deleting the documents and data by selecting Offload App within your phone settings. Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to your phone settings, then click General.
  2. Choose iPhone Storage, then choose an app that's taking up a lot of space.
  3. Select Offload App to free up the storage.
