Switch companies on app?

Initially, I'd recommend making sure you're accessing the correct screen to switch companies on QuickBooks for Android.

Here's how to switch between company files:
 

1. From your homepage, tap the Hamburger Menu (☰) icon.
2. Go to your All tab and select Switch company.
3. Choose a different company from the list.

If you've confirmed you're on the correct screen, but still don't see your Switch companies option, you can try refreshing the app's data:
 

1. Use your Menu (☰) icon, then go to More Options (⋮).
2. Tap Settings, then Refresh Data.
3. Select YES to confirm.
4. Re-open the app and sign in to your account.

In the event it continues not displaying, I'd recommend trying to uninstall and reinstall your app. If none of these troubleshooting processes get it to display the Switch company option, you'll want to get in touch with our Customer Care team.
