Switched from android to apple, how do I continue my suspended subscription?

Nice to see you in the Community! Let's go ahead and reactive your subscription by following the steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Settings ⚙.
  3. Hit Account and settings, under Your Company. 
  4. Choose Billing & subscription, then Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing information.
  5. Click Subscribe.

After following these steps, follow the instructions below to ensure no back-billed charges.

 

  1. Sign out, then sign in again.
  2. Go to Settings  ⚙, and select Account and settings.
  3. Go to Billing & subscription, and check the Next charge date. If it's a date in the past, contact support to prevent back-billed charges from occurring.
