I'm here to ensure you're able to get all your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

When you connect your account to online banking, some banks let you download the last 90 days of transactions. Others can go back as far as 24 months. Having said that, selecting how far back you want to download will only depend on your bank.

To bring older data into QuickBooks, you'll need to download statements from your bank's website and upload them manually. Here's how:

1. Go to the Banking menu, and then choose Upload transactions.
2. Select Browse and pick the file you downloaded from your bank, then tap Next
3. From the QuickBooks account drop-down menu, choose the account you want to upload the transactions into, and then click Next.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions. Match the columns on the file with the banking fields in QuickBooks, and then tap Next.
5. Hit Let's go when you're ready.
