Syncing with vagaro

I currently have a QB self employed account.  I use Vagaro for my business.  It tracks all my income.  Vagaro gives the option to link with QB.  Can I link my current self employed QB to Vagaro?  

OR

Should I cancel my self employed QB and start over through Vagaro?

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm here to make sure you get pointed in the right direction to help you with syncing your Vagaro transactions into QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE).

 

Since this is a third-party app, I'd suggest getting in touch with the Vagaro support team. They'll be the ones to confirm which QuickBooks products are supported and assist you with the integration process.

 

If you are still within the trial period, you can still use the QBSE account and decide whether to continue or not to subscribe later on. However, if you have already subscribed and want to cancel your account, then follow these steps to proceed:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBSE account in a web browser.
  2. Select the Gear ⚙ icon.
  3. Choose the Billing Info.
  4. Click Cancel subscription.

Afaik, Vagaro only supports QBO (i.e Essentials or a higher plan), not QBSE.
