Both Tax Liability Report and Payroll Detail Report is incorrect when run by Workers Comp Class.

Great having you join us here in the Community, @userrspangler. Allow me to share some details about the error you encountered in running reports in QuickBooks Online.

 

To isolate this issue, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps. It could be that the accumulated cache in the browser is preventing the payment from showing up.

 

Start by signing in to your QuickBooks account through a private or incognito window. Then, pull up your reports again. Just press the following shortcut keys to launch the window: 

  • Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox & Microsoft Edge)
  • Command + Shift + N (Safari)
     

You can also clear its cache and cookies to get rid of the junk files and switch to other supported browsers as an alternative.

Thank you for your response and trying to help me.  I am using Quickbooks Online Payroll (formerly IOP.)  At the end of each month I run the Payroll Details and Tax Liability Report by Workers Comp Class and this has worked from Jan through Oct of 2021.  For November 2021, these reports are not working, except for "All Classes."

I use an approved up to date browser, tried logging in with incognito mode and have the same problem.  I was informed on 12-23-21 that they were aware of the problem, but as of the 27th, it has not been fixed.  I really must have a reliable payroll solution and using the "Elite" version, I was assured that any problem would be quickly resolved.  I can't close my November books without this information.  I don't use Quickbooks Online for accounting, just payroll.  Thank you again.
