If it's within QBO, I recommend performing some basic troubleshooting steps. Let's start by logging into your account via a private window or incognito mode to determine if this is a browser-related concern.

 

You can refer to the shortcut keys below: 

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

 

Then, check if the app is updating, Once it works. clear the cache of your default browser to remove the damaged and outdated files. If it doesn't, you can use another supported browser or device.

 

If the issue is within the Amazon app, I recommend contacting their support team since QuickBooks is only dependent on the data they provide. They can help find the root cause of the issue and provide you with a resolution.
