Question

The main account has my husband on it, but he is not linked to the one that I use for my business, therefore different sign ons and it's not taking mine. Any ideas?

It's only linking to the primary account with his sign on. My account has everything, but it won't link when I use my login.

I can help you recover your QuickBooks Online account, @userterribaloga.

 

You can go to the login page get back into your account. Here's how:

  1. Enter either your phone number, email address, or user ID for your account.
  2. You can also select the Try something else link and answer other questions about yourself. Then select Continue.
  3. You'll then receive a text message or an email from Intuit or QuickBooks. Enter the code we sent.
  4. When prompted, reset your password.
