The mobile app is and always has been opening and running extremely slow. Is there a way to fix this or leave it open/ accessible for quick access?

To resolve this, let's first ensure that your device meets the minimum requirements to run the app smoothly. Please visit this article for more details: QuickBooks Online access for mobile devices. 

 

If this is not the case, let's now clear the cache of your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app. This will eliminate historical data that might cause the slow performance of the program and give you a clean slate. 

 

Below are the steps you can perform depending on your device:

 

For Android

  1. Tap the menu icon located at the top right corner.
  2. Then, select Settings
  3. Next, click Refresh Data and choose Yes.

 

For iOS

  1. Navigate to the menu button.
  2. Then, choose Help & Feedback
  3. Next, tap Refresh Data and click Refresh.

 

If the same thing happens, you can uninstall and reinstall the app to refresh the connection.
