Question

The mobile app no longer allows me to record payments. I have reset the app. I have also erased and reinstalled the app but it doesn’t work.

Hi bassgtrs,

 

I know how important it is to be able to record payment transactions. I would recommend contacting our support team since you've already tried the steps that I can advise from here. Just go to the Help & Support section of the app to contact them. They are open from 6 AM to 6 PM PT.
