The mobile app transaction link is missing, and banking information won’t update. Started after the new app update. Is there a fix?

Let's get your bank feeds back and running in your QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app, joshmilenski-rap.

 

My top priority is to keep your bank transactions up to date. May I ask for the name of the bank that isn't updating? This is for me to investigate the root cause of the issue.

 

The mobile app's outdated data is most likely the reason it isn't updating or missing entries. You can clear the app's internet files to clear out the corrupted cache and refresh it.

 

For Android devices:

 

  1. From More Options⋮, choose Settings.
  2. Select Refresh Data, and then click Yes.

 

For iOS devices:

 

  1. From the Menu ☰, select Help & Feedback.
  2. Choose Refresh Data, and then click Refresh.

 

If the problem persists, you can uninstall and reinstall the app to reset its settings. 

 

For the time being, you'll want to use a mobile web browser to access the banking feeds. After resolving the previously mentioned issue, you can begin categorizing and matching your transactions to maintain accurate records.
