THE PHONE APP HAS NEVER WORKED EVEN THOU IM GETTING CHARGED MONTHLY FOR HALF THE PRODUCT!!!!

When purchasing a subscription plan for QuickBooks Online, there is no extra cost to use the mobile app. As long as you're using the same login that you do for the web version, the app is included. 

 

However, I understand how frustrating it can be when the app isn't wanting to work correctly. Let's run through some basic troubleshooting steps to get it back up and running. 

 

Before we begin, would you mind sharing what types of issues you're having with it? For example, it won't open, you're receiving an error, can't sign in, etc. 

 

While I await your response let's try these steps:

 

First, clear the app's cache files. Doing so helps in resolving any sorts of errors in the system. Here’s what you need to do:

 

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the Help menu at the top of the screen.
  3. Choose the Rest App Data option on the drop-down selection.

Then, try using the app again. If you get the same result, uninstall and reinstall the QuickBooks Online app. This is to ensure you get the most recent version of the application.
