The system is telling me I am under apple billing/subscriptions but I am not. There is nothing about Quickbooks under my subscriptions,

One possible explanation for the system indicating Apple billing is that you may have multiple companies purchased through Apple under a different account. If you believe you are using the correct account, I suggest contacting Apple to investigate why the system shows a QBO subscription that doesn't appear in your list.
