I used to be able to see and enter time and now that option on the menu is missing and I receive the following error message when I attempt to search for it. We're sorry, we can't find the page you requested.

Let's make sure to access you're Time app in QuickBooks Online, smizell.

The Time App in QuickBooks Online allows users to track employee hours, manage tasks, and streamline payroll processes. Since you already use time tracking feature before, let's perform troubleshooting steps by accessing your QuickBooks account in a private window. This will help identify if a browser issue is causing the unexpected problem.

Refer to the browser keyboard shortcuts below:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If you're able to view it now, just go back to your regular browser with this link: QuickBooks Online account. After that, clear the cache to delete all the junk files and improve the system's performance. Alternatively, try switching to another supported browser in case of a temporary issue with your currently using.

Moreover, you can personalize your team members' timesheets in QBO to pull employee data for payroll and invoicing, keep track of employee tasks and schedules.
