Time entries not showing on assigned projects when running Time cost by employee or vendor Report

I have never been more frustrated.  Everyone I talk to has no idea what they're doing or even what their products include and don't include.  They ship me off to another department that I don't have a subscription to so then they tell me that they can't help me and I have to talk to someone at Online.  Then they tell me I have to talk to someone in Time.  And around and around and around I go!  I'm so frustrated I'm ready to quit and find any other bookkeeping software I can!  This has gone on for over a week!  The customer service is horrible, the people are lazy and or incompetent!

This is not the impression we want you to have when trying to reach our support team, @LabellaMindi. I would feel the same way if something isn't working as expected.

I tried this on my end and time entries are showing on the report.

When running the Time cost by employee or a vendor Report, in your timesheet, make sure to select the correct project.

If the issue persists, we can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, which causes some errors or unusual responses. Let's start accessing your account using a different or a private browser. You can use either of these shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

Once you have seen time entries, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This is done to speed up the process next time you do a transaction in QuickBooks Online. Also, an alternative way is to use other compatible browsers.

I'd like to know how you get on after trying the steps as I want to ensure this is resolved for you. Just post a comment below, and I'll get back to you. Have a great day ahead.
