time entries not showing up in the jobs in Quickbooks Online

So after adding a new customer and job in QB online, when you try to enter time into that job for invoicing, the job is not showing up in the drop down box.  Anyone else having this problem?

I've checked our records and found out that there is an investigation about missing time entries, Admin 5.

 

Rest assured that our engineers are working on a resolution as quickly as possible. I recommend contacting our Customer Care Support so you can be added to the affected user's list and be notified once it's fixed. I've included some steps to contact support below. 

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) icon.
  2. Select either of these to start: Assistant or Search.
  3. Choose a way to connect with us: Start a chat or Get a callback.
