Thank you for visiting the Community. I'll be sure to share a way to track your time entries without making an invoice from them.

To do this, simply not put a checkmark in the Billable box, as shown below. Adding a checkmark will flood your customer's transaction list with time records broken down into days and with an option that says Create invoice. Therefore, I understand how you feel about them.

All you want to do now is open those entries and uncheck the Billable box. This can be done per weekly or single time entry, depending on how you recorded them.
