We are considering using our current QB account to include additional dba's.

Are there any charges for turning on the features that allow tracking of classes or locations?

Thank You,

Tom De

There are no charges for turning on the features that allow tracking of classes or locations in QuickBooks Online, att1.

The class tracking feature is available in QBO Plus and Advanced versions. If you currently have the QBO Simple Start or Essential version, it's recommended to upgrade your subscription to access this feature.

This way, it enables you to categorize transactions by class, providing a detailed way to track different departments, locations, or business segments within your organization. This can be useful for businesses with multiple revenue streams, divisions, or cost centers, as it allows for comprehensive financial reporting and analysis.

Moreover, you can visit this article to check your sales, expenses, or profitability by business segment: Run reports by class.

You can ping a reply if you have a follow-up question regarding class tracking in QBO. We're always ready to assist you.
