Hello, Valerie.

I'll make sure you're able to see your categorized bank transactions on the reports.

Certain reports display data differently. For example, the Balance Sheet will not display income and expense transactions, but instead reports assets, liabilities and equity.

What specific report did you pull up? That way, I can give the necessary steps or details on what data it'll show when you pull it up.

In the meantime, you can do the following steps to help you see those categorized bank transactions.

You'll want to check your report's filter settings and ensure they're set to the correct criteria:

  • Ensure the Report period is set to the correct date rage.
  • Check and alternate the Accounting method to Accrual or Cash.
  • Select the correct Group by method from the drop-down menu.
