Trying to add a user and i send the invite to my employee and he gets the message "Your administratorhas not granted you access to Quickbooks Online Plus"

Let me guide you in resolving this error by letting your authorized users access their accounts using a private browser or an incognito browser. This way, we can isolate this possible browser-related. Let's confirm first using your browser's private window. Here's how:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

Once they're able to log in, you'd want them to clear their browser's cache and history. The stored data in their regular browser may have been corrupted and affects its performance. Also, you can try other supported web browsers.
