Question

Trying to add a user to the account. it sets up fine, and sends the person an email to accept the invite but we can not get past that point. i have called QB twice, nada

Qb says the email was used before so its basically a locked account. however, the new user has never had access to the account and the email was never used before....any help would be appreciated

To clarify, I'll need to gather some additional information: 

 

  • Are you able to see the email that the invite was sent to? 
  • Are you reviewing the junk or spam folder if not? 
  • If they did receive the email and the invite with it, what's happening next/what's your spotting point that you can't get past?
