Trying to cancel account... the one link that doesn’t work of course

Hello @Mike9999,

 

I will walk you through on how to cancel your account in QuickBooks Online.Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Accounts and Settings.
  2. On the left panel, choose Billing & Subscription.
  3. In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel.
  4. In the option, select Continue to cancel.
