amazon login area. I've tried turning off my 2 factor safety feature on amazon and I've also tried turning it back on but the main problem seems to be that the QB login has no area to enter the code.

We can perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue you're encountering in entering the code from your Amazon account, jeffwrightfp. Let me help you accomplish this.

Sometimes, when our browser becomes overloaded, it can cause formatting issues while working on your QBSE company. This can be why you're unable to enter the code required to reconnect your Amazon account successfully. To address this, we can open your account using incognito mode to determine if this is a browser-caused issue.

This window won't save your browsing activity, cache and cookies, or site data. To use one, here are the keyboard shortcuts you can follow:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P
  • Edge: Ctrl Shift + N

Once there, locate the section where you can enter the Amazon code. If it's there, please clear your browser's cache for a fresh start. Otherwise, I suggest using an updated browser to fully utilize QBSE.
