Have some scheduled as well as new ones created and just spins. System changed a few weeks ago with new QBO updates.

Welcome to the Community, @l.ballinger28.

Let us do some troubleshooting steps if you are unable to schedule reports in QuickBooks Online (QBO). To determine if the issue is related to your browser.

To begin, please open an incognito window. This will prevent your browsing history from being saved. You can use the following keyboard shortcuts based on the type of browser you are using:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If the private browsing session works, you can clear the browser's cache to improve the program's performance. You can also use other supported, up-to-date browsers as an alternative which will provide the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks.

In addition, you can also check these articles to learn specific ways to customize your reports:

I knew that and tried it but it didn't solve the problem.

I also had chatted with Tech Support and they linked my case #15109561242 to the INV95333 that was already in the system from other users having the same problem. They said the engineers will have to fix it - but don't know when that will be? I've tried to reset up new custom reports and that won't work either.

I guess I'll have to tell my client that I can't get the reports for him until QBO gets it fixed. Whenever that will be.
