Warm greetings, Dflex. I understand you want to send you tax information from QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) to the Turbotax Home and Business Desktop version.

Since these are separate platforms, migrating data, including sending tax information, is currently unavailable.

In QBSE, you can only send your info to TurboTax Self-Employed; both accounts must use the same sign-in info. It makes it easy to connect and send your data seamlessly.

Meanwhile, since you've mentioned that you have different user names, I recommend contacting our support team. They can offer you other suggestions on how to send your tax information.

Here's how you can reach them:

  1. Hover to the Help menu and select Contact Us.
  2.  If you're using the QBSE app, tap the button, then choose Ask QB Assistant.
  3. Enter "talk to a human," then select Continue.
  4. Select which way you want to connect with us.

Our live support is available M-F, 6 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday, 6 AM to 3 PM PT.

Moreover, you can manually enter your tax information into TurboTax if needed. Refer to this article: How do I import QuickBooks data into TurboTax Business?

For future reference, I'll add these articles to help manage your transactions and taxes in QBSE.

I'm still around to help you whenever you need assistance sending your tax information from QBSE. Enter your queries by clicking the reply button below.
