Trying to update payment method since CC has expired.

Hi rick28,

 

You can update your payment method through our Customer Account Maintenance Portal site (CAMPs) instead. From there, you'll be able to manage your subscription in one place. I'll guide you how.

 

  1. Sign in to your account in this link https://camps.intuit.com/.
  2. Find your subscription in the Products & Services list.
  3. Click on Details and find Payment Method in the Billing Information section.
  4. Select Edit and update your payment method.
  5. Click on Save and Close once done.
