Unable to access QB on line banking. Indicates that password is invalid, but it works on line

Hi there, lisa_lord.

 

I'm here to help you get this sorted out. Let's update QuickBooks to the latest release and sync your account to let you enter the password so you can connect to your Online Banking in QuickBooks Desktop.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. From the Banking menu, select Bank Feeds, and then Bank Feeds Center.
  2. From the Bank Accounts list, choose the account you want to connect.
  3. Select Synchronize. If you only want to download transactions for a specific account, select Sync this account. Or if you want to download transactions for all your accounts at the same bank, select Sync all for this Bank.
  4. In the Access to window, enter your PIN or password to connect to your bank.
  5. Select OK.
