UNABLE TO CONNECT MY TWO BUSINESSES THROUGH QUCIKBOOKS CONNECT

Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the QuickBooks Community. I hope your day is going great so far. 

 

I see you have an active thread for this same concern: unable to connect with another of my companies through QuickBooks Connect. With that being said, I wanted to check if you tried the steps that my colleague shared to use an incognito/private browser? If not, I encourage you to try this. If QuickBooks Connect works, then you'll want to follow the guided steps to Clear cache and cookies when using QuickBooks Online

 

Please know that all browsers collect cache to save time when loading repetitive data and images. Over time these files can become outdated and corrupted, causing issues such as the one you're experiencing with QuickBooks Connect. 

 

If you have tried this and you're still experiencing issues, would you mind sharing a screenshot of the issue? This way, I can get a better view of what's going on and provide the best steps to resolve it.
