Hello, grlongworth.

I'd like to shed some light on the spinning or thinking circle when recording your deposits.

I checked our system and I see that there is a reported issue where a green spinning circle keeps looping when making a bank deposit.

Our engineers are currently working to fix this as soon as possible and ensure the affected users will be able to record the deposits.

You'll want to contact our support agents, so they'll add you to the list of affected users. They'll gather your contact information securely so you can receive updates like workarounds, potential fixes and news about the reported issue.

Here's how to reach them:

  1. Click the Help menu.
  2. On the pop-up panel, go to the Search tab.
  3. Click the Contact Us button.
  4. In the text box, type something like "Spinning green circle when recording deposits" or similar.
  5. Proceed with Continue, then choose how you want to reach us (phone or chat).

In the event that you need to check your deposits in the future, and after the issue is fixed, you'll want to run a Deposit Detail report. Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Scroll down to the Sales and customers section.
  3. Select and open the Deposit Detail report.

We appreciate your patience as we're working to fix the Bank Deposit feature. Please let me know if you have concerns regarding your payments, records, or reports. I'm here to help.
