Unable to Log in to Self Employed

I can't access my Self Employed account, either in my browser or on the app.  My phone app logs me in and then gives me a 401 error, and has for months, so I've generally given up on that.

 

But now I cannot even use my browser. I have cleared my cache, and tried incognito tabs.  

 

The system logs me in fine, but while loading my dashboard and retrieving my data, I get kicked back to the log in screen. I have logged in using a different method, tried using a mobile code, reset my password. It acknowledges that I am me, and logged in, but no further.

 

I tried working around it, and logged in to my Intuit account, hoping to open my dashboard from there, but it doesn't even show in my product list.

I'd like to address the 401 error code when logging in. I appreciate you for taking the time to do some troubleshooting steps to fix your account access issue. 

 

We need to take a look at the system and see what's going on. To do that, we'll access your account and see what's preventing you from accessing the data. Though, we're unable to do it here.
