Unable to Log in to Self Employed
I can't access my Self Employed account, either in my browser or on the app. My phone app logs me in and then gives me a 401 error, and has for months, so I've generally given up on that.
But now I cannot even use my browser. I have cleared my cache, and tried incognito tabs.
The system logs me in fine, but while loading my dashboard and retrieving my data, I get kicked back to the log in screen. I have logged in using a different method, tried using a mobile code, reset my password. It acknowledges that I am me, and logged in, but no further.
I tried working around it, and logged in to my Intuit account, hoping to open my dashboard from there, but it doesn't even show in my product list.
