Unable to provide principal officer Title* box is inactive

If you’re trying to change the company's principal officer, you’ll want to contact our Customer Care team. They’ll help you determine which process would be best for you to use when updating.

You can use this information to check our business hours so you'll receive responses quickly. Then you can follow the outlined steps below:

1. Go to the Help menu.
2. Click/Type in “Talk to a human.”
3. You can enter “Want to change the principal officer” in the field.
4. Select I still need a human, then Get help from a human.
5. Choose a way to connect with us:
   • Start a chat with a support expert.
   • Get a callback from the next available expert.
