Unable to send emails from QB

I have been unable to send any emails from QB since the past 4-5 days. Customer chat support is all that is offered and am told that this will be resolved at the earliest. It is rather disappointing that there is no further response. Very frustrating to download invoices & send it manually from our email id.

Anyone else with a similar issue? What's happening?

The stored cache can sometimes cause a web browser related issue. To check if you're experiencing it, I suggest you perform some basic troubleshooting procedures. 

 

To start, log in to your QuickBooks Online company using a private page. Here are the shortcut keys to open it:

 

  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

 

If you're able to send emails with ease, then you'll have to clear your browser cache regularly.

 

 

In case the issue persists, you can use another supported browser. Otherwise, contact Customer Support. They're able to look into this matter further and give you the finest answer to your problem.
