Unable to Sync with Capital One

Since April I have been unable to sync my two Business bank accounts and two credit cards with QBO. I have an open ticket and multiple escalations to engineering with no follow-up. They sometimes send a generic email saying send more screenshots. My screenshots include the problem and my account information and everything requested, and still they won't follow-up. I have been unable to manage my books because of the technical support incompetence.
