Unable to upgrade subscription
Hello,
I have a QB Accountant Online account and I have been trying to upgrade the accounts for two of my clients from Simple Start to Essentials to accommodate multiple currencies. There must be a bug because when I get to the final upgrade page to click "Change Plan" nothing happens.
I have spoken to a chat agent, I have tried incognito windows, different browsers, clearing cookies and caches, allowing pop ups, using a different computer, all to know avail. I have even tried using 3 different payment methods, and nothing happens. I click the button, there is a visual cue that I've clicked the button, and the page remains exactly the same and my subscriptions haven't changed.
This is a huge bottleneck for where I am with these clients because I can't finish his books for June until I get these foreign bank accounts added. Please help.
