My bank is not connected and I have no means to connect online because my bank does not provide that access to QuickBooks. I am okay to use it as it is. Can I still make use of Undeposited Funds account? I'm still in 30 days free trial but when I cannot find a pre-created undeposited funds account and when I try to create on it gives an error: "select the bank for this deposit" while there is no any option or dropdown list to do so. Please help

Yes. You can use still use the Undeposited Funds account, Radegunda.

Just a heads up, the Undeposited Funds account is just a temporary holding account of the payments. When depositing, you'll still need to have a posting or bank account.

Here's an example on we can record the item using the Undeposited Funds account:

As for the error, you're unable to use the Undeposited Funds account. Let me guide you how:

  1. From the + New button, select Bank deposit.
  2. From the Account field, select the Undeposited Funds account.
  3. Select the bank account on the ACCOUNT column under Add funds to this deposit.
  4. Click Save and close.

Also, since your bank account isn't connected to QuickBooks, we can manually import the transactions on the register. I've added these articles as your guide:

I'll be around if there's anything that I can help. Keep safe!
